While volume keeps shifting quite 22, because the majority of a machine is continuous volume is a analog into the mass.

Hi Hadegard, thank you for your idea and for your Ea.
Can you believe to open the orders at reverse than today, taking the SL as profit and the profit since SL?
From your version it's not feasible to change the setting....
Thanks in advance for your answer!

    Thanks for your remarks!

The EA SL and TP is calculated according to ATR.... But I will include those parameters .

I think nature and Financial market aren't so different and may have same laws...
Consider Fibonacci numbers serie such as...

Adegard stated from the very first post Ek = 1/2 mass rate ^2.

The formula for Kinetic energy should be: Ek = 1/2 X mass X rate ^2.

Volume would better correspond to force imho.
Mass may be then be calculated with the requirement which a massive mass equates to a lot of volume, and little to no acceleration. I.e. theoretically you'd have infinite mass in a few high or bottoms. Lag is the eternal problem there - one obviously needs to eloquent volumeprice etc..

stated from the first post Ek = 1/2 mass speed^2. The formulation for energy should be: Ek = X mass X speed^2.
Right... I edit firt post... In EA it is Correct.

    For Volume, I used:
Volume[]: Series array which contains tick volumes of every pub of the current chart.

quote First of all let us adjust kinetic energy formulation and substitute by * Ek = 1/2 mass * speed^2 A few other points: Financial markets are not like mechanisms. Yes you are right, price moves after market orders are put but there is no inertial move. It'll stop if the motion is not encouraged by new market orders. The volumes you are currently using are not volumes. They can be the amount of ticks from the candle and termed as tick volumes but should be termed as tick counts and sometimes differs a lot from futures real volumes. So market order with...
    OK,
    instead of (High[I]-Top [I 1]) I'll check for boost using Close[I]-Open[I 1]...

You could consider using the gap between the C the bull and candles . This could provide a much better representation of movement in the market when compared to quantity as the quantity can be quite large without price change. Moreover, you could use the avg rate of change of price for the n th candle as the speed ie. H-L/ (time period *3600) -- (in the case of a 1 hr timeframe )

Volume will better correspond to induce imho. Mass could be subsequently be calculated with the requirement that a mass corresponds to a lot of quantity, and little to no acceleration. I.e. theoretically you'd have infinite mass in high or bottoms. Lag is the endless problem there - one clearly needs to smooth volumeprice etc. k
Just to be constructive, this is the way one can define it. Attached is your indior for mass. This was just a fast hack, so who wants to use it, also needs to improve it... The two parameters would be for smoothing and need to be judiciously selected.
