91866Update That the EA. Should work on all accounts again.

Added StrengthFilter (just enter the Currencies: i.e. EUR Currency1 and USD Currency2)
Added Newsfilter (utilize the FFC indi, have not tested it so far. Should prevent 300min before and minimal impact 2)
