    Interesting!
Know it must be alot more into it, therefore I am listening....
The previous example I have a hard time to understand since the left side of the cup and handle wasnt a powerful move down!
Why did you consider it like a potenial left side of a cup and handle in any way?

    Regards

    Really good question .

The remaining side of the cup can begin according to your discretion. Certainly it would have been much more difficult to have made the left side of the cup the huge move up to the far left of the chart. But a 100% change of the huge move up was unlikely. Had I decided to predict a cup and handle to the down side then the spike up would have been the sl. Yet, after strong moves on EU pairs I compute the cup and handle formation from within. Let us see some more charts and I calculated as I did.

The picture above reveals the huge move up. That of course would be the left side of an inverted cup and handle formation. However tf is my max for daily scalps. So since I assumed it wouldn't recover that same session I decided to take the inner high and low after the movement up.

Now. The inner high and low would be the high and the low before the MA line switches back to red as being the very best line. Basically, we're turning our expectancy from a recovery to an expansion but that's only if you're looking back in the huge move upwards. However, if you dismiss tthag movement then this calculation would be of a recovery of the inner movement after the breakout.

1reveals the top of the initial MA cross (This large isnt confirmed until the very best MA line goes back to being red.

2reveals the low of this next ma cross (this very low isnt confirmed until the very best ma line goes back to being red. Note that the number two would be the cup's base. A simple bit of this low would be the sl)

3 reveals 100% recovery of inner movement. This also mstches up with the tp I took and revealed on Trade explorer.

    Fire the questions away.

Since the very first post revealed, we are anticipating the formation as a majority of this cup and handle formations Do not have a retest of bottom part. You decide where the left side starts and you then wait the MA cross rules to come across the top and bottom of the cup.
