Really I wouldn't have any idea on this commodities index symbol

In the absence of this I think equities are worth a look, such as DAX30, UK 100, USA 30

A 1% movement can be a lot of pips, and it's pips we desire...

Morning all: 16 May 2014 Table: Ranges look considerably enhanced across all pairs. Good news!

Todays dining table, the 16 June 2014. Design change, ignore the first pair of numbers the past two columns will be the ones that you desire. Yellow is yesterday's range and red is the 5 day ADR.

Hey there appreciate you submitting these ADR's. However, its time consuming for you. Is there a place on the web where they're available so that you do not need to place your sweat into this goodwill undertaking. Thank you again. I am new to the forum but getting a lot of good details.

Todays Daily Range: 11 August 2014: Red is the 5 day ADR and Yellow is the former day. Taken midnight UK time, to midnight. Small changes will be viewed for other trade times but just very small.
