    Grands Greedy Indicator

This is really a rookie write-up of something fairly strange. It had been made up funny on purpose, for lack of any explanation.
But if it were a waste of a lark, I would never go to this length.

    Improbability, likely.
Now you see it, you do not.
This post is derived from Mr. Steve Hopwood#8217;s #7 blank template.
That egy worries BBs and requires the outside/in view.
    Information @ https://www.cliqforex.com/general-fo...es-better.html

The #7 looks for less risk entrances after price has crossed back indoors with the help of a 1MA along with a 3 forward altered 25MA BB cross.
I included a third 25BB, -3 back altered, purely out of ornery (Blue on templates).

Another point of interest turns up on the exterior, rather complimentary but removed from the action:

Crosses of the Blue, -3, 25BB and chart bars decide a price point through which a horizontal line can be drawn.
The significant ones seem to be discovered during price runs, trends etc., together with nicely sloping BBs.
I just consider ones that happen when the Blue BB is on the exterior, being8220;shaped#8221; by PA..
When PA pokes across the MA and strikes the blue one, by then seen indoors mostly.

The premise is these horizontal lines (may) behave as is expected from traditional S/R.

No way was this going to be submitted. Just some stage turns up where things click funny.
Enough to get a write-up, but along the lines of crop circle tales, great for a moderate laugh.

Let#8217;s put out some helpings of Snake Oil and Cherry Pie. A lure to the greedy and the visionary.
You too, of course. Siddown. Pass the salt.

    Gramp's Greedy Indior :

He called it something much nastier, with great reason. He went the wrong way the second time it fired at the base in '95.
Did not see him much after. But we did well off it later in '99, '05, again in '08 - '09.
Never moved the line, wouldn't know how to. If it operates #8230; Could you help?

USDJPY Monthly. Here, utilize gramps egotistical indior.
This looks dicey now. Gramps used to state: Price at the line, turn-around moment. But when last I saw him ... How did it go?
Yeah: Dual impending hedge over/under and walk off. Lift a leg another day. Thanks Gramps. If only I knew what you meant.

My child put his lineup on and is looking at the weekly. He tells me I should trade it there.
Perhaps he's correct, but I like it the old way. Look forward, be thankful.

**************[edit] To avoid confusion: The template above just shows what's in the image about the USDJPY.At the foot of the article is an mq4, Greedy Bands Back Bands that draws all the BBs and sets lines on most pairs. Not originally planned.
The template above just matches on averaging TF on USDJPY, zoom out to determine most you can.
The overall principle holds on all pairs and TFs. These points are more uncommon in greater TFs but look more significant.
Suggested BB settings: from 20 to 25 SMA period, Standard Deviation 2.0

The pic above is more than 3 year old. Placing the tpl on now and assessing price action is outright creepy.

Greedy left me helplessly and has me going chasing down#? Of it all.

Some more info and pics will probably be combined, but in the event that you already know why this shows up, please hold off on posting.
It could be a bit of a spoiler for people chasing down things.
    That is a great exercise by itself, as it involves no conclusion of conducting through TFs, squishing the screen, putting on lines and assessing both ways #8230;

    New October 15, 2014:
    Rear Bands.mq4
Rear Bands is a complete substitute for Greedy Bands.mq4, that need to be scrapped if in use.
If you're new to the thread, just utilize Back Bands instead when checking out the earlier posts.

Please see Post #44 and upwards for additional descriptions of this mq4 in particular.
The zip holds User Information concerning the Input Box along with also a sample spread sheet of document output.

Notice: 00sd Mu.mq4, (post #30) and complete documentation have been moved into the SD-Kit zip.

This can be downloaded in first article at: Z-Score Kit @ cliqforex

Average Joe.mq4 , a follow up, is also ready to go inside there.
In order to not waste your own time, it's best to acquire the updated code to another z-score fundamental indiors.
The older documentation remains useful and describes Customizer.mq4, which may set a common SMA Period for an entire chart outlay.

Another indior can be found on: Rolling Market - MTF Bar indior
It could be well suited to Rookies and deals strictly by Pips.
If you found this thread a bit too much, perhaps you are able to run with that one. All the Best.

if I knew correct that flat candy is copy of the veroniques variant, and she had a some ma there 2 ...
Fortunately I got to work this up on mt4, but explaining things was past me afterward.
Fortunately I discovered her presentation where you is walked through the z-score setup.
She very sensibly showed a use for this in exchange, which may also get people interested.

Candy is not a copy, but a Particular tool to examine the z-score.
The kit also includes the code to compose apps.
    It's a sandbox for evaluation.

The z-score itself is a statistical tool that everybody is free to apply because they see fit.

    Greedy Bands.mq4

Three BBs are hard to Handle, Particularly when changing Periods or setting Standard Deviation units.

Greedy Bands.mq4 clones all those traces, so one dialog box sorts the lot.

Please get it out of foot of first post.
It#8217;s a bit short order type, so when indior traces turn buggy (right lines, images #8220;off#8221;-RRB-, click to another TF or limit the amount of Bars examined.

The intention was to give an overview, but since the USDJPY Monthly is currently #8220;show casing#8221; a few PI Lines at their very best, just place up Greedy on the pair and watch combined. Date on the visuals will be July 17, 2014:

On the left, 1993, new market signal and low.
After a few traffic, the signal line runs uninterruptedly across until 2006 where two new ones fire.

Solid Red and Green PI lines mark the crosses, with additional dotted Bar High and Low markers.
Those correspond closely with conventional S/R derived from formerly seen price levels and permit for estimating interplay.
The best, longer portion of these dotted lines points outside the pub the greedy BB originated from.

What is disorienting will be to be possibly informed so ancient, way from left-field, when normally one goes straight back from the present and matches up with more recent events.

Therefore a paradox; blast from the past, back into the future #8230; Early bird gets the worm!
Afraid not. The signal is 3 Bars late and your worm is toast ;--RRB-

But later, if price reacts conclusively, reveals a hardening S/R level, or marks mid- top- and bottom channel lines, that scenario would be less unexpected.

A post was misplaced here and eliminated. No time to fix things, sorry, but a new mq4 remains available from first post. Mu.mq4. Mu is your MTF SMA for many Time Frames. The early comments from the code are most likely enough to get started. The re-post is going to be on the z-thread and followed here. image Much more entertaining to Learn by oneself anyway ...
    HI APIPSHORT,

its beenI believed you had stopped to continue, the inclusion looks great.i was making some headway with the original z kit, altered my computer,s some time ago but have not downloaded an mt4 platform nonetheless,im so brief of any moment at present but things are easing up,

great to see this new thread available along with a continuation of your work, ive been working with a lot of averaging and reconise the worth in this route

    all of the best

If you've made findings of an unusual nature, please allow me to share a few thoughts.
There was a joke before on about unnecessary manifestation. A joke, however, notice the qualifier unnecessary.

To build a extent, an individual can do worse than simply click through Wikipedia.
Not only for detail, though that can be found, but to expand ones consciousness of theories as well as how those can team up.
Read over any obvious jargon, initially like a foreign language, get the drift. Save links for afterwards.

As our curiosity is presently becoming purely statistical in nature (how probable was?) , possibly start here:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Probability_theory

Probability theory is a foundation of data, fact.
At the close of the summary it is quantum mechanics ...

Whatever is learned, most notable is that good minds were often left with more questions than answers.
There is no end to the detail that must be followed and facts that have to be established, using occasionally great resources.
So, in case you have empirically established a fact, to your satisfaction, on your own turf; operate with the ball.
All of them are rooting for you. Bingo seems cool.

The BBs, any z-score at a trader's TF, are statistically trained to advise on the current tick (the present) as to probabilities.
We need to set up future expectations and are looking forward, using basic descriptive data; SMA, SD and Z-score.

That puts us on the map, with a finger on another corner there, but we still don't know what will be found around it.
Reduced Data, the first job of basic data, is currently available for more sophistied Predictive Analysis to utilize.
We don't like to fly blind, and that is the (really) finest we have. Predictive sonar wasn't at the build, or isn't recognized,

what's called Bayesian Methods think to reset, assess our current finger on the map contrary to previous information.

We return. Did I come the right way?
Your football coach will have his QB off if it is a no go, and ... call out the rookie.
Regardless of the stats. At least I hope so, otherwise one will observe new staff.

Short of a crystal ball, we're natural Bayesian thinkers.
Mr. Cameron Davidson-Pillon is a master of that art.
He published his work this past year, written in Python! But the PDF from the zip download is excellent.
    https://github.com/CamDavidsonPilon/...ds-for-Hackers

    His words.
Our Bayesian framework:We are interested in faith, which may be interpreted as probabilities by thinking Bayesian. We have a prior belief inevent A, beliefs formed by preceding information ...
He calls himself a hacker. I wonder how he'd hack a -3 back altered BB.
    Or Josephine.

additionally z-score divergence is something to watch out
In trade, one z-score is only really significant right when price is setting new highs and lows to a bar.
Otherwise it is advice that allows one to sort unique values on their relative probabilities.

Price describes itself. A quote. It moves will.
The SMA is forced to update itself on every tick.
It can take on only one numerical value; the Mathematical Average.
As long as price moves the SMA is dynamically reset to new levels.

As soon as price stops and rests, the SMA changes worth due to the passage of time only.
But being an average the only direction it is allowed is towards price. And it'll ch up, if price would only hang around.

The z-score describes the relative distance between price and the SMA in units of SD.
Since we've seen that space is a result of the endless interaction between price movement and the passage of time.

Meaning you cannot buy or sell a z-score on the same basis as price; high/low.
One can only take note of sometimes quite significant information, which can be literally labeled on to price at every tick.
It's a freebie. What would you rather have? Only price info, or both, price and a z-score.

They should be considered a tandem; price an outcome in the period of market activity, the corresponding z-score a description of the activity.

Yes, it's a perpetual fake-out. Lowering z-scores do not imply price has stopped moving farther.

... you have to figure it out yourself ...
    Exactly, as in everything.
The z-score is a tool just like a hammer.
Everyone gets to push their own nails.

  9. #9
Also z-score divergence is something to look out

  10. #10
Sorry for confusion, but I do utilize 24 and 2.6 using bb to discover sr-levels
because price stays inside 98% of their time, so it is
ensured that there must be real force behind when price
goes out, beginning of the move is something, exactly what it is,
you need to figure yourself out
and thus far it looks like Z-Score is even better for it,
