    Newbie looking for advice

Hey guys, this is my very first post on this forum and I want to thank you all with this wonderful community. Anyways, what im searching for is some input from you guys on this thought. I'm thinking of opening a live account and trading really small (10 pennies a pip) just to get a hang of trading. I have been practicing on demonion, but I hear that live is an entirely different story. And yes I do have cash to sacrifice as long as it will be to my advantage. Anyways, input appreciated and possibly in case you guys can tell me which broker to go with.

    Thanks Beforehand,

    ART

If you would like to program you can proceed with interbankfx, they have mt4, but they have been recieving alot of complaints about this board lately.

Lots of people swear by Oanda, and I want too, but I love to check my systems

I can really only back up what has been said already, Oanda look like the ideal option for you, another is Marketiva, that I have used previously. Both have shocking charting packages if technicals is something, however Metatrader is totally free and you use that for the charts, and set your transactions with your broker.

Oh and I believe that your idea is a good one on trading in micro lots live instead of demonion.

With respect to charting progr, Oanda is quite primitive. Use it for the micro pips.

Great free charting package is CMS VT. Strong support for it with this Forum.

    My two cents....

I use VT trader for those charts and research, and enter my transactions with Oanda.

    John,

Perhaps the two of us should begin a club or a ribbon.

Good idea....eventually expand and start selling services and signs, and books and....

Lou... did you look on the 40 program? I use that for my trade signs.

No I havent looked at 40 . May do this in your recommendation. Very many items on my plate at this time however.

It's a moving average cross with a take profit attribute, and an adjustable stop reduction, and trailing stop.
    Happy trading.

I would need to indie Oanda. You can exchange .01 a pip and even lower if you would like.
