On a daily and weeky chart, USDCAD is generally guided south... Americans may one day have to give change each Loonie these Canadians pay em.

Here another example of a trade I'd take. USDCAD is pushing down hard into Zone -2 in 1.0698. Wait around for a push down through this level and take a long. Goal would be up around 1.0797. Long, fix your target and then stop based on tommorrow's River amounts as soon as you have them. A commerce no doubt but one I'd take every time. If it doesn't work out, no problem. I take my loss and move on to the next opportunity.

Risk guide can be under 1.0659.

This will NEVER happen.... We go to Canada to store, not the other way around....and not many are crossing the bridge in Michigan to store some more....Nor near some of the boarder crossings ( skuttlebutt ) .... The tendency may drive the Buck down for today, but the loonie can not stay this powerful for long....we just won't cross over to Canada to invest.

Never say never. The Canadian dollar has been worth more than the US dollar back in 1952, and lots of people said that it can't stay so powerful for as well, as you put it. Actually, the dollar's premium over the US dollar continued until 1960. Nothing says it can't happen again. As I said, never say never - making complete statements is with the way international economics and the markets work. :
