In my Demo I moved brief GBP/CHF in 2.4139. On the Daily chart (IBFX) it looks like it's going to bump up against a Pivot (S/R line) someplace around 2.3970.

Should I take all of profit here or take, say half, and allow room for some of it to operate (using a tighter S/L)? Or another idea...?

Determined by which method did you really go short? There was no entry cause at 4139 by BB procedure.

If you've used some other egy you need to follow that system's principles for TPs.

On the 23rd there was a spike and dip right off the BB 20 sma. I took this as a opportunity to look for a Short upon confirmation. I entered on a downside break of the day's low.

One of my next goals to improve is to input with an S/L and depart egy set up.

    Hello everyone,

Glad to find people gradually coming back
As am I! There was a lot of curiosity about this new ribbon; virtually 50 personal message articles to be precise! I am sure it'll pick up around here.

    Hey Randy,

Resembles that short in GBP/CHF is looking pretty good right now for you! I'd suggest placing your TP, directly over that pivot resistance line you mention. That needs to be somewhere around 2.3975. The reason why I would do so is because since that line is clearly resistance, there's no guarantee that the second time buyers and sellers battle it will even reach there. It can only come close and back off. In regards to choosing partial profit vs all profit; I'd say to take all profit. It has been months because price has been under the resistance line you mention. If I were you, I'd feel a lot better about taking profits when I can as the price does bizarre things about resistance lines. Later on, if the price breaks through the resistance, I'd search for another fantastic opportunity to market and resume where you left off. Hope this is any help!

    Okay,

    Alright,

for all those that entered short EUR/JPY with mepersonally, you must be happy! And for those that entered short CAD/JPY together with me, also, you must be SUPER joyful !
Lots of 's now about the EUR/JPY trade.

I shut out 3/4 of my lots at 125 pips. At that point, price was diving challenging, so I allow the other 1/4 operate and then shut at the short-term trend line at 157.16 for 186 pips profit.

On the flip side, I missed the CAD/JPY exchange , therefore my is not quite as broad as Kevin's .

This is 1 thread I definitely will follow... I'm very content with the BB system. Here is my trades currently open.

    Short CAD/JPY @ 104.31
    Currently: 233 pips

    Short USD/JPY @ 120.54
    Currently: 195 pips

    = 420 pips.

The USD/JPY was founded on BB and priceaction, I also have noticed that when price goes via SMA 20 at U/J it mainly of the time goes all the way to BB.

Ehh, I think I'd be ok with about 140 pips for you if I were you. I think it is wise that we do not over trade the JPY's movement... With that being said, I will probably enter short CHF/JPY this day .

I like Bollinger Bands! Wonderful work on your 420 pips! It seems as though JPY is going to be going down for a little while. I will probably input via CHF/JPY and watch the rally only keep on going!

    Potential trades for me:

    Short CHF/JPY
    Extended EUR/AUD
    Extended USD/CAD
    Short USD/JPY

Ehh, what the hell, probably gonna overtrade JPY after all. It seems to be running nicely. I am looking to get long term fairly hely because of the extreme bearishness in all the crosses.

    Best of luck,

    Kevin

How come you're shorting U/J? The price did go all the way to BB4 and then retraced... is there something that you understand I don't?
