    Quick question...

    Can you please give me a clear answer to this question... If I get stopped out or close out an order in a reduction, who receives that money?

    The person who is on the otherside of the transaction. It's a market maker, such as your own broker. Or it could be a bank, another trader, etc..

    Nobody. The fact that you purchased currency pair from someone does not mean this man lost money due to that. The identical way if you shut your position ( offered a pair ) it does not mean that somebody who purchased it from you made any money. It may be for him nicely a brand new position and his P/L will be minus spread.
