For some reason with this variant the GRID steps arent acting standard.
Limiting the maximum open trades would also be helpful, MaxOpenBuyTrades and MaxOpenSellTrades will enable manual interference during a trend. The EA also sometimes just opens so many trades that it can cause difficulties on live trading. There also still appears to be the issue with TP. On the other hand, the equity TP would solve it.

A choice to close all trades when it reaches a specific profit ( lets say total profit gt; ? 5,00 kill all trades, buy and sell)

Just a question if you don't mind. Do you own this thread? DP is same and name is virtually similar. Just asking...
Does anyone analyzed the depth of the martingale Dollar EA?
For instance, with 5000$, just how much movement of price in 1 direction it could survive. 350 Pips? 500 pips? Thats a lot if it could survive these moves with minimal loss or break-even.
