Fact , not secret: Offline charts do not work well in backtesting or Strategy Testing, if at all. Google it, maybe someone has come up. I only test if somebody has produced a dependable solution I am not conscious of it!
Hi Brokemat. Hope you are having. Been running RCS for a few weeks now, needed to switch to Linux OS since I had a major neglect of Windows, corrupted my hard drive, recovery partition and found that the Recovery CD supplied by Asus was corrupted too so I said f_ck it dropped Windows all together and have been running Linux Mint 17.1 xfce. Although the learning curve has been steep I have every thing running smoothly, Got MT4 running in Wine and on Windows from Virtual Box and RCS is functioning in both environments. Thanks very much for your generous contribution and once more thanks for turning me onto Linux, the voyage of discovery over the past couple of weeks has been a true eye opener, so I can't believe these excellent Linux OSs are completely free and do every thing which Windows does and more, but better, stable and more dependable. OH BTW I have come across a Browser called SlimJet, I was looking for an alternative to Firefox because Firefox still has that memory Bleed and begins slowing down and getting sticky quite rapidly, SlimJet is a weight reduction browser but has all the functionality and has a windows and linux version. It doesn't load webpages but it preserves the identical speed for the entire day where as Firefox will begin to slow down.

Thanks for your work here and also to other contributors I say a huge thank you. Dee50 Well done here.
I downloaded the version that doesnt make use of the Panel and about installing it I found out a little glitch that occurred in 2 diff ways.
1. The Renko Bars stopped upgrading at the end of the trading day 5PM EST.. I had been seeing the chart and didnt see any motion for a long time I checked the online chart and saw that prices were shing. I reloaded the EA prior to the Offline Renko chart began moving.
2. The next case this happene was when MT4 shut down. I reopened MT4 and the Offline chart didnt work before things started working again then I did the reloading thing again .
Please is there a solution for this as I really love this Renko EA for its consistency in drawing on the bars if timeframes are changed.
I would appreciate anybody's help here pls.

I'd like to know if you would include Range Bars into this Renko generator EA as you mentioned somewhere in this thread. I would like to possess Range Bars included if possible or perhaps a separate Range Bar EA that is sweeeeet like these Renko ones.

Thanks for all the work on Renko! I understand something that should make the Renko Change radically... At least with charts under the 4-hour time period.... Currently, I modulate the inputs on all my indiors each new bar. Allow me to give u an example utilizing RSI(14) . 14 Represents someone's payday literally. Why use it? I check the amount of pubs between Resistance and Service and change the inputs of the RSI every new bar. Why do so? It puts the indior in sync with all Market for this time of day....Why not do something such as that require the avg of the quantity AT 800 am over 90 days about a quarter's worth of information (minus news days ) and modulate the inputs of the Renko pubs into the avg Volume for that bar at that time daily. I would wager if You did so although I haven't ever done this with Renko and the Renko made two bar within five mins . The tool should trend for some time. If it requires ten mins for 2 bars then it will go sideways for some time only an assumption. I'm publishing the avg Volume sliced by one hour of moment and the day within hour out of 2010. I left news pubs for sake of time at the data sample. I may change some Renko code I discovered in the forums and examine the behavior RenkoLiveChart_v3.2. Mq4 by LastViking. Since I can`t edit the startpost I will post an update here which was still on the shelf. Engine and panel get a upgrade.
* Upgraded 06-11-2017 to variant: 3.006
* PANEL
Deselect all things if the mouse is on the board.
Fixed the export function. The tester discards 0 volume bars so each bar has two cups by default.
* ENGINE
even though the retrace purpose did work properly the amounts weren't. The retrace now goes
from 0 - 100 instead of 0 to 50.
