    MMLCv22 : Intraday Journal

Just an Intraday Journal to record how MMLCv22 reads the market. I will also post my thoughts as I go along.

Struggles to go upward, price now stuck between both zones, with a slight downside.

Price still stuck between both zones, but trade accordingly.

Price contested and broke the lower zone. Inspired by news.

Price driven by more news and kept going after breaking the zone. It might take a break for some time at this point.

That wick is about 15 pips worth if one zooms into the 1 minute chart. That is tradable if one gets the timing right.

Wick swing switch up = 15 10 = 25 pips. Time it and get out. The upturn is pushed by news but it now has a hard time pushing against resistance.

Price stalls. Now to take a wait and watch approach.

May brief if price breaks down farther.

    Up to now going backward.

Price continued to stay in expected ranges (about 40-55 pips). There is news coming. Let us see what happens.

    Still in the middle. Waiting.

Price tries to break up but there's EMA resistance remaining.

    Last opportunity resistance.

    Stalls for a while.

Breaks but resistance still holding out

Tuesday begins. Price did stall round the area as expected, together with little/no news to driven price. There was a retrace down, but not as much with 20 pips. Overall bias has become currently on longs.

TLPE (time lag price efficient) 123 pattern seems. These patterns, should they breakout, would be the most dangerous if you're on the wrong side.
1-it will have a long time (time lag) or perhaps even never to retrace to breakeven
2-difficult to have a substantial retrace after price rosed steadily (price efficient).

FYI discovered the previous 123 yesterday is PLTE (price lag time efficient). This means at least still can scale out and in of price, but all inside and respecting a brief time period. If anything, I like PLTE better than TLPE or SYNC states. SYNC is when both the time and price are equally best. But TLPE I must totally respect it if it happens or else I get wiped out.

Upper zone nicked. Lets see what happens next.

Settles into a range again, but frankly, I'd favor the upside more.

Slow morning so far but thats fine. Waiting for Europe/London markets to start.

Price now driven down and lower zone nicked.

A whippy day but ready to remain calm and react accordingly.

Range days like that isn't always a bad thing. I find it will become more pliable.

Upside break again. A much stronger one and driven by news.

Came back home with a wonderful long profit locked and also taken. Look at how price stalled at 180-200 ext, 280-300 ext and 380-400 ext.. Now price coming back to a large zone and testing it. This zone may be the key for Wednesday trading day. Its a large zone, roughly 60-70 pips, but a good deal of opportunity to scale out and in to get range trading.

Price about 180-200 ext through RB swings confluence with the big zone. Longs are potential, but don't forget the upper zone limitation.

Wednesday morning: Squeeze occurring as the zones because yesterday narrow in, now roughly 20 pips size. Wait for the rest of zone to pick.

Break on upper side. Long position shot but making it small due to low volatility.

Whipped onto the low side but holding. No need to fear.

    Here we go.

Price Fighting to break EMA support.

Still Fighting to break . Look at those wicks. 'Last chance' areas are around 180-200 ext of both RB swing and lower EMA.

Makes an effort to go up and meets some resistance.

Subsequently makes a run to finally break the remaining support.

Price likes to be stubborn about areas in this way. Had see this too much.

    Very great.

Stuck in a different range again.

PLTE 123 pattern. Will stop diary for a while as I've discovered a way to fix EMA's weakness.

  7. #7
Double checking PTe again. I'm conscious of the substantial bulge around M30/M45/H1, however there's something else I'm suspecting. When I have confirmed that the finding would be back.

  8. #8
EMA difficulty fixed. With a filter to utilize LWMA or EMA period that is variable based on specific situations. All completed according by PTe as suggested. It seems much better with far less signs.

Changed some colors to your zones and adjusted the dimensions after checking the stats again. The main notion remains thou.

If anyone is wondering, coming Monday bias for shorts until the following lagging pattern appears.

    Here we go. Monday morning.

Lagging pattern looks and minor longs are allowed.

    Got a while.

Now short... Look, I believe I can do this all day.

Out of brief and now apartment market. Stay outside until price commits one direction.

Good trading is dull. Really. A lot of it's repetitive once you've got a functioning model.

    The one thing exciting are the unsolved mysteries / weaknesses in the system. I am always searching for them in order to boost my edge. I took my time to meet some traders in my country and figured the next;
1-better model to handle fundamentals and news releases
2-better precision for end of breakout trend; while I do have some replies, its not completely sufficient IMO because its still intestine feel

    Long then short.

And wait until a fracture occurs.

Adjusted MMLC for windows tablet PC usage.

Possible HS, but I see this as a lagging / sideways pattern before a separation occurs.

    There we go.

Took a little reduction. That is alright. Next!
