SDR (Special Drawing Rights); a proxy for EURxxx and xxxJPY

. . .extracting the information and converting it into MT4 charts;
But the information is delayed;
https://www.imf.org/external/np/fin/...m_rms_mth.aspx
The IMF posts Representative and SDR exchange rates each 20 minutes from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. EST Monday to Friday except for all these vaions.
This implies technically its open time/price = 11:00 AM U.S. EST and close time/price = 6:00 PM U.S. EST
that I am not sure why there are reside rates here and at other websites, if they're official enough or not.

How can you compute the value of an SDR?
To calculate the value of the SDR in domestic currency (say, ABC), multiply the four exchange rates of their home country vis--vis the basket-currency nations (i.e., ABC/USD, ABC/EUR, ABC/JPY, and ABC/GBP) with the basket values indied in the preceding table. Insert these four numbers together to obtain the ABC/SDR exchange rate.
