The Alert must appear to notify you that a ing trade occurs under the following conditions:
1. ing_Active = true
2. There's been a loss of ing_Loss_Percent (from Use Margin)
3. The transaction will create a balance between Buy / Sell (if ing_Multipliion = 1)

Next final manually, EA does not operate except SL / TP that already exists on the broker host.
