I have noticed that once the Trailing Stop is established, the portion to close the trade after x minutes doesn't necessarily work. However, that could work in our favor on a solid price movement. It is the bigger wins some pairs which offset the 20 pip losses on other people. A backtest can just show a single CHART, so poor results on a back evaluation doesn't necessarily signify the EA is poor on an ACCOUNT level. That's the reason why I am forward testing.

Properly performed Arby!
JDVA, I am forward testing with your own recommendations. Look right?
Yes. . .looks good, perhaps utilize spread=40 points for more volatile GBP pairs and 3 points for slippage. . .Easter not time that is Great for analyzing
Yes I began testing again last week..with another trailing ea, attempting with a bit tighter SL and with a little TP..but I do not know whether it is going to work..have into see..and monitor all trades..if sl and tp is okay..or whats better to change. .
I would not fret about TP too much. Try on the 4H and then let the trades run until the CCI crosses back, then close. I think you will like the results.
I want to thank everyone for their input and involvement. The purpose of this thread was to examine a concept and also for the purposes of trade entry, I believe we did well.
Trade the 4H chart on pairs which have a daily range of 100 pips or more.
When CCI, AO, and Standard HA agree, place order in that direction
Close order when CCI reverses back to mid range from entry land.
