    How transactions moving?

13 trades now, 5 still open. -98 pips -5% up to now. Couldn't return to sleep --awakened at 00:30, and was trading tired for ten hours--maybe not a fantastic idea! Lack of sleep led to overtrading, inadequate decision-making, and decreased patience, which is required to await the best set-ups. Charts not really worth posting! Continued to take breakouts in a mainly slow, ranging market since before London opened, through London shut Jumped into trades too quickly, didn't handle them well, and didn't take profit or proceed to b/e punctually--desired 10,000 pips. Internet went outside...
Tomorrow will be a new (better) day, rest a while and return fresh of mind.

13 trades today, 5 still available.
    -98 pips
    -5% so far.
Could not return to sleep --awakened at 00:30, also was trading tired of ten hours--not a fantastic idea!
Lack of sleep contributed to overtrading, poor conclusion, and decreased patience, which is required to await the top set-ups.
    Charts not really worth posting!
Continued to take breakouts in a mainly slow, ranging market since before London started, through London close
Jumped into trades too fast, didn't handle them well, and didn't take profit or move to b/e on time--desired 10,000 pips.
Internet went for 1.5 hours --contribute to more apathy.
Did identify and require several very good set-ups. Should have waited for them, and listened to music!
Don't trade when tired or when market is recognized to be slow and ranging.
Don't hope for the next trade to turn out otherwise.

Trading office is finish! No longer -chewed cables.
Getting into a regular exercise and sleep schedule and trading from about an hour prior to NY opens into an hour prior to London closes.
Re-starting demo for many weeks, then back to actual account trading following several continuous, excellent weeks of gambling.

    4 trades today, 1 loser.
    4%
    80 pips

Traded over-tired now, forced trades in a slow, sloppy market, and ate lots of chocolate.

Will take the next few days off to reloe my trading station out of the living space and into an office space (carrying and setting up three monitors every morning is not a good situation). My s love to chew on cables and scale on tracks.

Sleep: Need to set up a normal sleep schedule, instead of randomly getting up in the middle of the night when I can not sleep for London open and seeking to remain lucid for London and NY.

Every one of the previous three weeks I've been profitable that the first two days of every week, and then get over exhausted, make bad trading choices, and overtrade.
    Issue and alternative identified.
