quote The single additional indior I would be interested in is something which may offer some discipline standards along with my own entries.
I've discovered that just entering on a candle helps (it also saves uploading any additional indiors to the charts)

quote The only added indior I'd be interested in is something which can offer some discipline standards along with my own entries. Regrettably all oscillators are so don't really like to add clutter to the charts. Anyhow, 2018 is going to be quite a different year so far as trading goes. I'd love to begin getting to work accumulating physical metals to get a longer duration play and goal to be completed prior to gold strikes $1450 and silver fractures $21 (UK Sovereigns and Britannia's). I have been buying gold and silver coin because 2006 but not added...
What makes you say trading in 2018 will be very different? So far as bodily PMs, don't forget to check eBay! Very good deals can be had from a few of the larger online businesses. They sell on eBay also and have particular sales pretty often.

    Hey

I just usually look at USDX when intra-day trading against EURUSD (H4 and under). I know Sam Seiden would state the reverse.

For greater timeframe (Weekly / Daily or H4) then DX can be useful for trading reverse against the other majors.

Normally these big higher time period amounts on the DX will probably be around big news events such as FOMC and drive the dollar against everything.

As for shares, it's not really my area so can't comment.

    Hello everyone,

I have 3 questions concerning correlations.
Example, just so we are on the same page: I'm shorting EURUSD, DXY is currently at need = more chances on my side

    Question # 1
Say I'm trading AUDUSD, can I utilize DXY?
I mean, does the apart from USD currency in the pair (in this example AUD) must be part of the dollar index or is the one thing that matters if the other currency is paired with USD regardless if the other currency is one of those https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Dollar_Index or maybe not?

    Question # 2
Basically the same question but for stocks.
Say that TATA Motors wasn't that significant and therefore, wasn't portion of NIFTY.
E.g.: TATA (not part of NIFTY for the sake of my point) at provide NIFTY at provide, would that raise my chances?

    Question # 3
    What if I'm shorting USDJPY?
In the very first example with the EURUSD, I need DXY to be on-demand because EUR is inside this currency pair the base currency.
However, what if I'm trading USDJPY? The USD isn't a quote currency anymore, it's base currency today.
So, if I wanted to short the USDJPY, I would need the DXY to be in provide. Is my thinking correct?

Seems like quote Seems like just sticking to bare price action is better, as usual. Too many false signs. Time to shut the charts and celebrate the holidays lol.
The only added indior I'd be interested in is something that can provide some discipline criteria with my own entries. Unfortunately all oscillators are lagging so do not really like to add clutter to the charts.

Anyhow, 2018 is going to be quite a different year so far as trading goes. I'd like to begin getting to work accumulating physical metals for a longer term play and goal to be finished prior to gold strikes $1450 and silver fractures $21 (UK Sovereigns and Britannia's).

I have been buying gold and silver coin because 2006 but not added to this group after 2009 and the bug is back. Quite happy if price drops further as will give more time to load up at better prices. . The HTF imply this probably wont be the situation.

The charts I will be mostly looking at is:

    USDX
    Majors
    Gold
    Silver
    Oil
    Various ratios of the above.

Heading out to watch Star Wars. Let's hope it isn't too bad as people are saying!

    Looks like

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate! A few years ago I started really analyzing cumulative delta. There appeared to be a fairly good edge with it. The past two days I have been going over charts using delta and supplydemand. I'm trying to see if there is a method to enhance quality levels. I haven't been able to tell if it is just additional visual confirmation or if there is really an additional benefit. Anybody else? So far, additional items on my chart are just a distraction and aren't worth the extra display area. Delta looks promising...

Several years ago I started really studying cumulative delta. There appeared to be a pretty decent advantage with it. The past two days I have been going over charts using delta and supplydemand. I'm trying to see if there's a way to better quality degrees. I have not been able to tell if it's just additional visual confirmation or if there's really an added benefit.

Anyone else been down this road? Thus far, additional items on my chart are only a distraction and are not worth the extra screen space. Delta looks promising though. I will post a couple charts to find some opinions.
