Thanks for the offer but I am sorting out this through my people and individual means even though I haven't heard anything from them in over a month even though I've been escalating the matter through the chain of command.

Hey I was planning to email Saxo and ask them for their side of this story. Let me know if that'd be OK with you.
LOL That's way one should never begin to compose a post and have a coffee break in both between then hit the submit button.
Ok confused, how do they return 27K did they offset a lot of your profitable trades?? On what ground did they offset these trades and just how many are we talking about to make 27K ??
I assume they haven't cancelled all of your profits, just how much profit have you got left??
This is the reason why I've the 20K highest account worth principle, being chucked back to 10K start of every month not trusting brokers with this kinda cash.
Yeah, I've scoured their forums to get people whining. There are normally only posts about how they had been created good.
I've had issues with oanda before where a transaction was screwed up and lost money. But Oanda reimbursed it back without even me complaining first. So you got your diamonds.
Is there anybody who ever received a notifiion like due to losses accured to you through pricing error we've deposted $ xxxxx.xx amount back to your account. I am not talking about spikes from the data feed that's very obvious.
I think every time there is a pricing error the dealer ought to be asked to report to a regulators so we can be assured that money lost by customers gets returned also.
I've been looking for calm and patient about it but my patience is running short. I've tried to solve it with customer support but to no avail, and I then sent an email into the compliance officer but he hasn't responded. I get the feeling they do not wish to provide anything in writing, otherwisethey could get screwed.
I am taking it one step at a time. I have all of the evidence from the trade confirmations, statements and emails that I have sent.
You absolutley correct about dealing with an ECN but are too lazy about it but now I have no choice. Also, a friend of mine has over 3.75 Million stuck using a broker.
Regrettably, I do not think these rules will be the same over. Do all brokers need to confront them? Seems as the NFA is really coming down hard on forex brokers . I guess there has been a lot of complaints similar to 's.
I'm just waiting for the huge pricing mistake that's likely to bankrupt an FDM.
