I dont get GMT!

I don't get GMT. Is there an indior for, or is there a setting on MT4 that reveals my local time on the chart? I'm on EST..

I found a few sites which convert the moment, but it screws me up even more. I searched the forum and didn't find anything. . .sorry if this is a repost.

Which seems to be part of the workings of MT4 according to a configuration set only by the issuing broker. I have found a broker that offers MT4 in EST (eastern US time). You can download their own MT4 from http://www.ugmfx.com
