GFT - is it still a solid broker?

Helloo,

is GFT still strong? I've got an account with UK division, so far I enjoy them.
But since they closed their retail biz in US and Japan , and I have worries all over mind.

Their exit has numerous stories, inability to meet new CFTC capital needs is one as they use same pool to fulfill other regulation conditions.
Another story , it is about unrealistic deadline set by CFTC for GFT which caused the delay in market starting two weeks ago for about two weeks
and the following decision to depart retail biz in USA and Japan ( they say japanese accounts are served by the US)

What would you believe?

I Don't Know, I was so Angry...I closed my acc Using GFT UK

I didn't close my account with them.
I enjoy their trading platform and resources.
Although I'm concerned , but I rely on UK's FSA rigorous law.
