Yes. It is likely to have different prices in different broker. It is because of the spreads. Market manufacturer brokers give spreads into the true price. For choosing a broker you need to be careful. Do a little research before choosing any broker.:
depends on the server to 99 percent of their time, 1 server is quicker and receiving the so the prices quicker then other. But with this with arbitrage is just possible by theory, because the slow connection broker know about this and will not allow to pay this out wins due to this cheated times/price gap investment.:

If the price will probably be longer so different, most of the time this are offquotes with a single broker and not tradeable. Due to several factors.
But you may attempt to buy in this moments and report. But be carefull and buy first the broker with the wrong price (slow attached server), so you need a minimum of three brokers to see it. But dont invest to much time in this arbitrage (in case you will try it, I only guess), because many individuals got so many life time unworthy wasted with this, because seems great in theory but it's simple to see as not possible within this easy form after learning trading basics.
Yes, the 8-pip discrepancy between brokers is a lot. When trading resumes after the weekend look here on forum at the'Brokers' section. It'll demone the different quotes between 13 unique brokers for 10 different pairs, including GBP/JPY. Since there's no centralized market for Forex there'll be some minor differences, but not 8 pips. Compare your two brokers to the quotes here, and that will say the more accurate broker.
