Watchlist for shares search

Hello,
I search a programme, indior which can register me watchlist.
Shares should be signaled, they at the current one fulfill zb 10/9/2012 52 weeks high / deeply have.
Is there anything similar to that for mt, ninjatrader or other chartware?

Would you want to have a watchlist from the platform you're trading? Or would you want to loe more trading softaware(programms)that have this attribute?
