Ranging pairs question

Which pair is the most ranging one That Isn't currently moving on 1 side alot cna some one please tel me becasue I Want pair That's not currently moving like to Considerably bull or to bear on 1 side thanks

Trading is not possible by taking proposal. A pair does not always stay in the range or at the trend. And finding a trend's starting point is easily the toughest task.
