Is this Broker good or bad?

I'd like some feed back to a broker that some of my chat room associates seem to be having problems with.

They mention that this brokers is not releasing some of there funds for withdrawl. They say that the broker is starting to give them the run-a-round whenever they call to find out what is taking so long to receive their cash.

One specifically says that he always requests cash from his account by wire transfer to his own bank... now it has been around 10 working days since he asked the money and they inform him that they will send him a check... It's In The Mail, they say.

Has anybody here been experiencing the exact same thing for this organization or know of these?

The broker is ITradeFx...
