94939At lot of interesting replies in this thread. The OP hasn't told how he's hedged or locked his positions. If he has them locked like a grid, he could dig himself out as the market changes between the low and high of his grid. If he has many positions clustered around certain price levels, then he's in serious trouble unless he has lucky, and he must start scaling out.

OP, no one can really help you know how you're positioned.

If you aren't eager to share that. That's fine. Start anew with the 100k remaining and follow exactly what stt needed to say. Despite the fact that you follow that method a number of your positions will come into profit and you can just close them out. I do expect your position sizes are rational. Of course, fair differs to everybody.

that I would like you to remember that key level@12185 that is the next definitive immune level. We are taking a look at the next level that is in 10550 that I personally think its highly 25, if this degree is broken then. With this key info I will leave it to you to scale in/out of your position until you square away or even end up with profits if you understand how to manage it well. You understand price will eventually go back to your level and outside if the level holds if that level is breached, or you can scale out of each retracement. The only downside is swaps, time and pain that you've got to put up with this mess you got yourself into.

I am taking a chance with my suggestions and hope everything works out well and good and decent luck....

If you want to assist BenderTrader, I believe we you advise a currency pair just reversal the tendency (medium term) and help him to trace the trend with his current 10% equity. As my view the pair EUR/AUD only transform the tendency several day ago. If it's correct I think he can recover about 30 - 40% in next month.

Please urge any currency pair just change the tendency and inform him how to trace the fad.

94939Why is it that in the Foreign Exchange when people claim to be making a lot of money, they show no proof.
Just the tip of the retail Foreign Exchange plateau, maybe...?
Somehow, in the actual world, it is a lot easier to decrease an account by 90 percent than to increase it by 900% in precisely the exact same time period. .
Then if 900 percent is hopeless, surely - in least - 1% must be easier; that is the only solution IMHO

Hi there BT - I feel for you. However, to tell you the truth - lets believe if ur considering this as a passive income - . I myself am in a situation in which I lost 1/3rd of my account immediately and that I realised the mistakes I'd made. My two cents which can help you:

1. Pls dnt buy maximum number of units out there for a trade. Distribute your transactions.
2. Use lot system to buy. E.g. U sold USD/JPY in 106 and see the price has gone around 118. The ideal thing to do is watch for the pair to get stable and try shorting in a region to sort of average out.
3. Analyse - Some of those men out here are extremely good. They provide suggestions and tips. Follow them. I have been doing exactly the exact same. Got a few indiors about the metatrader 4 via discussions here. They seemed to work nicely.
4. Look at most common pairs and play those. For instance choose 4 pairs and just concentrate on them.
5. And most important - dnt panic when you find the trade. Keep calm and out it.
6. Train your mind. Aim for 20-40 pips just per trade. And emotionally stand by your merit. Remember to place bids and dnt if you got it, be greedy! Your trade is successful and you've won the game.

I hope that helps. I actually sincerely want to determine money is not lost by anybody here. Simply take up this and win it. Play it like you play playstation.

Hi Hanover, Believe I know your views on hedging or locking but believe a lot of your conclusions are predicated on the assumption that if we create ideal calls, being just long or short at the right time is better than hedging/locking and I agree with this but we do not live in an ideal world and rarely call accurate turning points. .

For instance I have been extended a silver forward contract(no swap) since abt 22 and have added a couple more since then. My view is that silver won't go to zero so it will(finally ) find a base and resume an upward trajectory - my problem is I do not know when that will be and I might not be there to ch the ground.

So the only way I could ch the bottom is if I'm already in but I also want to bank any profits on the way down so I continue selling and taking profit over the shorts but leave the longs alone. Yes in an ideal world I should only be brief atm but I”understand” that silver will turn and cannot go to zero.

Not certain I'd do it on some other currency pair(besides Yen crosses possibly ) but with PM's that there is going to be a base and it cannot be far away lol.

Any trader trading these numbers should know the answer him/herself...

You are asking the obvious here. . Should have closed your hedges ages ago, if not completed yet do it and concentrate on the future. It will cloud your judgement.
