94840If there isn't any ideal way to interpret that WHAT'S THE POINT? It's like fibo amounts and each other voodoo system out there.... In case you can not historically demonstrate that COT provides an advantage, then its just another feel good tool with no real advantage.

Use it enough and lose whatever you won when you were lucky.

Great to see quite a bit of interests around COT report lately-- There is not any hard fast rule of interpreting this report--that is completely optional -- one report is liable to various interpretations, called, inter-observer variability--the secret is to observe this report in the light of economic occasions TA-- here goes my own interpretation of COT report for next wk-- this isn't a trade recommendation--use your discretion appropriate MM

Cad: volatile w/ bidirectional movement

Chf: volatile w/ bearish bias
Gbp: bullish
Jpy: bearish
Eur: bullish bias

Aud: bullish bias

Nzd: bullish bias

a lot of us know your disapproval of indiors; a few may even agree or identify with this. As opposed to other or fibo indiors which you may not enjoy, COT is not based on price action. There are means to read this report and interpret it [cf. http://www.investopedia.com/articles.../COTreport.asp], but that does not mean that you and that I will reach the same conclusion.
Btw, is there a right way to interpret price action? No?! So WHAT'S THE POINT? Dump it and go look for something else. I, for one, think the results of MG speak for themselves. I really don't think he's turned 1k into 126k with another feel good instrument. I am not saying that there was not any luck but more significant here, I guess his interpretation of COT was effective, and I am here to understand that.

, I am sorry I wasn't apparent. I meant that while impliions of COT [such as PA] may not be unambiguous, it holds value. PA interpretations are dealt with by some of the biggest threads here in FF. Do traders consistently agree on the right interpretation? I really don't think so. There may be right interpretations - before the next candles come to light [and excuse me for the pun]. I do not recall hearing of a PA EA. Does that mean price action has no value? Of course it doesn't indicate that. Much like COT: it doesn't mean it is voodoo or it has no value should you and I translate it otherwise.
Along with you, you might not think MG will give it all back so readily when he'll be unlucky? I have been following this thread to give MG just somewhat more credit.
Luck, at the long term, has little to do with it. Notwithstanding, I reiterate my wish to all of the FF community for good luck.

Exactly what Filter did you use with this Trades... Your results appear promising. . Please aslo post the flop transactions... have an idea what pairs are winners

Hi Folks,
It may sound impossible, but I turned 1k usd to more than 100k usd (126k to be exact ) in a wk--I'm attaching the statement from my actual account (after removing the account no. Et al.)--Caution to newbies, take care not to trade this way--I call my this account'wild thing' that fosters my general return--I trade another account conservatively as per appropriate MM--Btw, I did the nearly the same thing last mth as well turning 400 usd into 60k within two wks--with some expertise in FX trading a nice trading platform, I believe, this accomplishment attainable atleast few moment a yr--afterall, I'm just risking 1k of my capital (rest is home money).
Next time, I'll discuss how I handle this kind of trading, even though the announcement is pretty much self explanatory--

94840Go keep thinking its impossible. I really don't think that its impossible. Difficult? Yes. Impossible? No. Instead of news, did any of the pros believe it was possible for one trader to lose $7.8 billion having knowledge of this?

For the ones that believe its impossible, then its going to be impossible for you. The people in this world do not restrict themselves.
