I think toto did warn to not enter if the trending candle just before the retracement candle is a long candle? And that candle was over 40 pip long?

Id like Toto's view about this transactions in the pic.

1- price came about 40 pips before go up again (without spreads aways)
2-price arrived 20 pips down
3-yellow one. In this case price came up but the trend candle had 60 pips, therefore isn't valid, right?
4-price came up 20 pips
5-price arrived 15 pips contrary to the place. Then 15 pips in profit.

The initial is the same of the post above, maybe this really is invalid because there was that the preceding transaction (that with the big trend candle)

commerce #2 is invalid? Since there is small candles and a resistence.... Possibly another resistance in the exact same level make this transaction better?

Commerce #3 because I stated before had a big trend candle...

commerce #4 that the counter commerce candle is small... any problem with it?

Commerce #5 have 2 significant candles... this is a correct entry?

Query: I understand you enter on the break of a candle that is trending after 1 or 2 candles show resistance following the trending candle. But what when the resistance candles have broke through the low of this candle that is trending?

I had been thinking of the same thing...

perhaps you enter only if the candle immediately after the 1 or two retracement candle move beyond the high or low of the trending candle....

Safer also if the uptrend has been longer....

Best for toto to clarify...
