thread: Trading without stop-losses

Shifting stop loss is left up to how great ur analysis skill, before u do ur Foreign Exchange trading u should do some analysis that can help u to predict the price movement, so if ur analysis is good u can place ur stop loss at the right location, just make sure u always enhance ur analysis for anytime u do ur Foreign Exchange trading, thats my own view.

Trading with no stop loss, I think that it's quite dangerous. Forex is a company that has a high risk so as to be prosperous in this industry, then we will need to possess good risk management. By using stop loss will allow us to minimize the risk of Currency Market because we Won't know where the market will move

quote re bolded - a few brokers offer guaranteed stop loss for a small premium.
Yeap, among my broker does (ib), really cool

If anybody understands what a DOM is (What professional traders use), I've never used a stoploss, I click'Flatten'. People don't have any clue how prevent losses are utilized against them regular and the extent to which there are algorithmic stop hunting scripts which do nothing but attempt to prevent you out. Meh

quote The matter I have noticed is that virtually all of the men and women who speak with specialist authority here and give strong opinions about what others should or should not do, don't share their current history.
I figure sharing your trading is not a promise of great results either... so that I wouldn't automatically discount that info

I guess sharing your trading isn't a promise of good effects either... so that I wouldn't necessarily discount that info
Yes actually. This is still another illustration of the most'perfect' appearing equity curves end with the spectacular crashes.
As they say, if it looks too good to be true.... There is some sort of risk management involved.

Folks demand proof of performance, this thread was a good example (even if it got binned). However, what many rookies don't know is that commerce explorers, myfxbooks, etc actually aren't that meaningful, unless the reader knows what to look for (this is a potential starting point). Just my 2c.

good job rub it in, Erebus.

Can you even asked for permission to openly post someone's trade history just to humiliate them?
At least he has the balls to demonstrate the histories. Where's your background? Why you hide yours, so people don't see what a coward you're?

Couple months hard work murdered in 1 wash. I'm sure a trader go through such experience one or two times in their trading ages. They need to. They need to go through these phases to learn to be better. Someone who cannot even build the consistency up the first position would never know how he feels just like following his good system wiped over one psychology mistake. I'd like to believe we should be aware what when we see another so-close system failed in front of our eyes AGAIN, the problem lies and sighed. Aren't we here to attempt to create the system which would profit consistently with time? It's a bless just to observe a constant growth system to maintain our hope up (in creating our own) also it isn't ours, YET.

Besides, this is the thread we speak about SL, maybe not how to see a good trader explorer.

Though I have not read your thread yet and I am sure there are gold in it since I notice tons effort was put, but still, I think it's a bit TOO SOON to publicize your thread based off someone's brand new failure. Me almost sadden.

Here is his profile page, be sure to scroll

    https://www.cliqforex.com/general-fo...1-nov-4-a.html

Therefore, I don't get it, he publishes it and I need to ask permission to discuss it? Please clarify if you're able to

Only FYI advice, I actually saw it on Facebook first, you better go there and vent on these individuals also

Yes, his trade report is public. I'm asking you to leave the poor man alone who had his 3-month good work earned money, over $5500 real dollar vaporized.

You are from Greek, correct? Just how much you guys are making average? 750 bucks?

How does this make you feel when your past 7 months salary go missing from your account in a matter of 3 minutes? How does this feel cause you to feel if it was your fully committed system? And how about getting someone rub it on your own face in the people couple hours once you lost your account?

You pulled his name out to the opening without permission only few hours after his account becomes wiped for exactly what? Just to humiliate him? You judge somebody through their background when you have nothing to show for below your own profile page?

quoteYes, I'm a coward, just like 99% of members which don't show
how dare you bring out the whole FF with this one, no one has said anything or pulled any titles in the public for humiliation .

They all know better NOT to laugh a wounded solider.

    Shame on you.

    Only to be clear,
I'm not a friend to this person, but I do respect anybody who have the balls to show their heritage, transparency and speak boldly backs by motives.
Only cowards would kick them when they're down.

Anyway. I haven't read the thread but, yes you need a stop loss. Tough, psychological, %reduction, hedging out of a poor posture, yes, although whatever you decide on. A stop loss is needed by you.
