thread: How do I move forward?

    makes sense. .
But occasionally it looks like I can't predict daily tendencies on timeframes smaller than days. Appears to mee that I have to await daily candle to shut for me to have the ability to generate an educated decision. .
Will experiment a lot more with daily charts, will reveal how it performs.

I know what you mean. Therefore I maintain charts. Daily, 4h, compressed 1h, on down into the 5 if I really need to nail it all down. However, most everything I do begins at the daily or weekly. I try to not invest too much time analyzing the intraday because I get caught up in the minutia. I mostly use intraday for timing.

I understand what you mean. Therefore why I maintain numerous charts. Daily, 4h, compressed 1h, on down to the 5 when I really want to nail it down. However, most everything I do begins in the daily or weekly. I try not to spend too much time assessing the intraday because then I get caught up in the minutia. I just use intraday for time.
I tend to do this too, but I can't appear to make good decisions which way. .
    Practice, practice, practice...

to call a choice poor, can indicate quite a few different things.

    For example:

    1. It did not make money
    2. I didn't follow the installation I understand
    3. I really don't have a setup to follow.

to call a decision awful, can indicate quite a few different things.

    For example:

    1. It didn't make money
    2. I didn't follow the setup I know
    3. I really don't have a set up to follow.
    Yeah I only imagined.

But we are on the same on stage 3 if you didn't detect

What is your idea about what is a fantastic decision and what is a bad decision?
Kinda difficult to describe. . I guess I input trades but I soon realize I did not take stuff into account, such as fibo's, dojis on other timeframes, trendlines etc..

Kinda hard to describe. . I guess I enter transactions but I soon realize I didn't take things into account, for example fibo's, dojis along with other timeframes, trendlines etc..

This is why keeping a journal is key. Create a journal entry form with a check list of your criteria.

The longer I trade the more I wish to and am ready to keep it simper and simpler and more straightforward. I figure these things which you mention are helpful, as long as they're not causing Paralysis by Analysis. If I see a definite directional bias on the Weekly chart, I just await a fantastic opportunity on the Daily to enter. I do consider S/R (flat lines, diagonal lines and curvy outlines ), but just as a reason to never enter - should I use them TO enter, I'm only guessing and gaming.

But basically, if the Weekly is going somewhere and there's not a lot in its own way, I just await a pullback or a breakout on the Daily. If there's no direction I just sit back and wait.
