THere is absolutely no better way of trading than using the method/system/RR and MM that's been specifically adapted to your own trading character.

THe fact remains that there are a multitude of trading styles and to go along with it EVERYONE believes otherwise so to say you I much better than the other is simply rubbish.
Despite that not being the problem here it appears some people today wish to ensure it is the matter so....

Are you certain about that? So a averaging, nedging, overleveraged, scalper is trading the way since he accommodated a egy?

1:1 or 1:7....who gives a shit....if the folks using those RR's have the psych sorted out as well as their strategy adapted to suit, they will be succesful.
So that you don't think there are levels of success? Possibility of the trader and market? Wasted chance?

For me...I'd rather take trades with a much better RR. . .its simply what makes me feel comfortable and enables me some errors
There is hope for you yet...

I do not think Slim can reply right now, he's in the sin bin taking an enforced rest!

It appears the discussion on RR has run its course . In what timeframe would achieve highest win rate. Why?

It seems the discussion on RR has run its course so let us morph the topic just a little bit here. In what timeframe would 1:1 achieve highest success rate. Why?
As the TF extends up the SL and TP will probably increase, I'd suggest 200 for 4H.

The larger the TP and SL the more trading becomes a 50/50 game, so if a bad none profitable trader ( 99% ) then you will still receive a win rate of 47 percent area and just get rid of money very gradually, ofcourse if your profitable you will ownly win at 53% and make money very gradually.

Which is why people shy away from M1, 80% success rate is possible, but so is a 80 percent lose rate, then increased frequency of trades for equal risk% = rich quickly or broke quickly.

Are you certain about that? Therefore a averaging, nedging, overleveraged, scalper is trading the best way because he accommodated a egy to match his personality?

Yes I am convinced....many traders succesfully use martingale and averaging amongst other people....its common knowledge that almost any method could be fine tuned to be succesful provided th person with it has the subject and also plogical demons piled out. I dont discount trading method that is anyones. Its just the traders with overinflated egos that cant make for them sense the need to criticise it and inform the world that system to work there is. Same old shit mate. . .just becasue YOU cant get it to work for you doesnt mean it will work for many others....an open mind is a valuable asset in trading.

So you don't think there are levels of success? Possibility of trader and market? Wasted chance?
Yep I really do concur....but they are irrelevant too....your perspective on success will even differ from mine....one persons thought of success may be measure only on financing....mine's not, but its the exact same argument....how would you measure success??
ANd convinced there's unrealised potential, but thats human nature and in all of us....wasted chance....nope....there are plenty of transactions to be taken every day...I dont believe any opportunities wasted and realistically you can just judge wasted opportunities after the fact. Market goes where it needs so its hindsight that'll inform you.

    There's hope for you yet...[/quote]
Thanks....your acceptance is extremely valuable for me

I apologize, for the proprietor and followers that this thread since the subject it´s not that, but... I promisse it´s my last article in here, sorry.

The behaviour of some guy(s), it is because this business it´s a little lonely, dull and some times trying normally if we're successful in trading.

And folks will need to interact with each other.

Some, go aid others in such a business, such as in foruns, webinars, blogs, etc..
Some, go make others actions outside this company, such as sports, join a clube, make volunteering, dating, etc.. . socialize.

But some people continue 24 hours per day connected to this company and is when they lose discernment, they don't have a life, then includes a major feeling of loneliness.

It´s then when seems such professionals who don't make a constructive dialog but destructive to others and call them stupid by other words.

And there's still hope for this guy(s)!

PS: Sorry for my bad english.

The bigger the TP and SL the longer trading becomes a 50/50 game
