Not being rude or anything Renasdad, but genuine question. What qualifies you to be offering other men and women help with fx trading? Thanks in advance.
Back once I understood I wanted to be a trader 12 or so years ago, I was overwhelmed by what I was learning. There was information out there. I spent 15-20 hrs a day searching on the internet and studying everything I could get my hands on because I knew I could get this trading thing figured out. As soon as I became a member here I was a beginner however had the basics. Then I started asking posting as many questions as I could to get help and answers. The guys/gals back actually helped me and required lots of time teaching me. All the information I read and answers I had gotten answered, I wanted to pass on to others. I didn't begin this thread to inform people when to open trades or when to shut them. I want to help others.

The moderator keeps refusing my posts, so I don't have any expectations that this will be seen, however I NEED HELP!!!

I am a first-time poster, so I am sorry in advance if this is not pertinent to this thread, but I've an extremely simple trading egy that I would like to turn into an EA but can not loe anything that's similar. The machine is this:

I set a buy and a market. The price goes into profit of pips on one side or another. I then set a stop loss at n/2, and place another trade from the winning direction. When this moves into a profit of pips, I transfer its discontinue to n/2, and move the first stop to half way between the open and current price (n pips), close the losing trade, and open two trades one in each direction.

This is slow and steady egy, but it always makes profits, but it is time consuming. I guess it should be an easy task to turn it into an EA, if there is nothing like that out there (and that I have not found it).

    Any help appreciated

    I'm new to reside trading and have been reading a lot about divergence. Is there a way to overlay a line chart in addition to an indior such as RSI, OSMA, ASI, MACD, etc? I figured this is a excellent way to spot divergence, that is if I'm understanding the concept correctly. #8203;

    Hi all Renasdad,

Thanks for this thread . I'm unable to post my query elsewhere as a junior member, therefore I hope to find some help here.

I'm trying to add a linedot indior to mt4, ideally anybody can point me in the direction of a indior or work around.

Linedot: creates dot at closing price for every 30 minutes, so a dot at 13:00 , 13:30 , 14:00, respectively
then utilizes a line to join the dots

notes: basicly a line that joins 30 minute closing rates

    Hi all,

Im a newbie trader. Wanted to find out if there was a easy EA designed for the partial method #304; will clarify below. Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong loion.

#304; am currently using a simple egy using price action and swing trades. #304; would like to supplement this program using a simple EA that's kind of Hedging.

    The EA :

    1) will automatically Open a Buy or Sell Trade (whatever is specified in the EA Options) at a specific price
two) will shut at break or
    3) will shut at Profit Target
    4) will reopen until switched off and will never open more than 1 trade at one time.

#304; have attracted a simple diagram below to help.

    Thanks alot

    Hi All, I need help!

I've delegated my funds to an 'expert' trader who promised to have over 10 years of trading experience.
However the current comprehensive report results made me quite worried, can any kind soul please advice based on the outcomes? (two weeks ago and now)

    1) From what I know from news this two weeks, gold has been bullish both technical and fundamental. But he his transactions are largely in favour of shorting gold.

Two) He's been telling me that his trading egy is safe and he'll hedge and maintain minimal risk, however I don't think this is what I see from the report. What does the maximum drawdown of 124.17% mean?

    3) Why would he need to hedge buying additional long positions rather than shutting his opened short positions if he feels that market is not in his favour? Might it be wise to do so? I dont know where's there a demand for extra swap and commission fees incurred.

    4) We now have a contract that indies if he left a reduction of 10%, he'd prevent all trading and topup the trading account back to funding worth with his commission. When I asked him for the rationale about the widening of negative floating P/L, he said that it's normal, and newspaper reduction is not regarded as a loss.

    5) In a span of two weeks my floating reduction has doubled, can anyone advice what's the best way out of this investment?
Can I remove the rest of the capital in the account before the damage gets bigger?
I would appreciate it if any kind soul will give me your advice based on the reports. Thank You!

    Sincerely,
    Sherman
