Only found out that they charge 3% for a US$ withdrawal which I think is excessive.

Hi Folks, Just started a demo account with GoMarkets after trying out FXCM which was adequate, but restricted to their spouse, Friedburg Direct, which delivers 20-30x leverage only, rather than the usual 100x, for live accounts in Canada ('m in Toronto.) O(h) Canada ! And folks think US is poor 1. So I am assuming Canadians can start a account with Go Markets? 2. I had many updating problems with Go Markets (started my demo account yesterday), and only now today it appears to update well... we'll see. Had same problems with fxmtf (IB for LMAX)...

I had hoped to begin a questionnaire for this but as I've just signed up and am a 'Junior Member', therefore I can not actually begin a thread, stoopid... anyways
Well I chased up MT4 before going to bed last night and found out about 50% of my account balance had disappeared.
No substantial declines in trade history to describe that, just gone.
I called the office at 8am this morning and got a kind receptionist who asked me to send an email.
After hearing nothing back by 1pm today I called again and was told that there is many people with exactly the same issue.
I've been using GO because they started and have never had a issue with them when I recall a lot of people complaining about trading glitches.

Has anybody else had any of the funds evaporate?
If yes, what percent has gone missing?

I will handle trading glitches, however when account balances begin abruptly changing this will likely have me jumping ship unless I receive some quality answers.
Fortunately I don't have a lot of in this account atm and it's not affected my trading on the account, though I pity anybody who is incurred losses...

I've got a background in IT/networks, so I've asked them for a detailed technical explanation of what's gone wrong, how they are going to fix it and how it will be prevented in the future...
I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings...

I am a trader from singapore.
Proceed markets have stolen 300 aud in my account too.
I only happened to see my final week history and found
2 closed transactions that were really profits but they changed
them into enormous loss making transactions.

I've sent them an email but thus far no reply. .

Its best to not exchange with Go Markets right now until they resolve this critical issue and can clarify
what has occurred, or may resolve this

My account changed too,but Im not hurt since I use small lots and did not invest heavily
Should Go Markets can correct this it would be great but Ill recall the trading time dropped

I can view fr your chart that this broker[GoMarket] is up to NO good,totally different chart fr a Live and Demo charts!!! Is that supposed to be the way? Ans is NO! The different is actually,NO Actual Monies is concerned,for most brokers's Live and Demo accts,however their Live and Demo accts WILL showed the exact prices @ e SAME time!!!

That I Had Been allowed to trade while they had server Issues, this Can Be issue for me, although IM not blaming GM

Got really angry in the Beginning and called them POS, but That looks like serious problem and I've Got Distinct charts
so Im not sure what to Think right now

Well after no communiion from them I called the office today.
I was told that the issues relate to their own server change which occurred sometime in the past 2 weeks.
Apparently they're having to manually examine each account, trade-by-trade, to find each one appropriate...

I'm starting to think that somethings occurred there lately that's caused this business to loose it's way.
In the past they have notified customers when they are going to be doing community maintenance etc, as any reputable web based company should.
This time there was nothing in MT4, no emails, pitiful really.
I'm convinced some traders might decide to not trade for a period if they understand this kind of change is happening.

I will wait to see what they come back with, but every day there is no communiion the closer I get to jumping ship.
Rest assured if they can't give me a reasonable reason for this, or they attempt to feed me crap, I will be back here letting everyone know.

It might have been smart of them to send an email each night to all affected customers letting them know what's happening and how it's progressing.
Only leaving everyone in the dark is actually poor shape. :/

I could easily post another chart at Which a M5 Distribution did not show up on GM feed and this Occurred today
