Well, it will not help either that FXCM only had a major complaint filed against them from the NFA.

They recently sent me an email informing that over January 2007 they'll send the majority of the customers to the no coping desk (NDD) platform. I don't understand when my turn will come. Together with the dealing desk option at least there is no slippage for entry orders and prevent losses. Men please post your experience with NDD as much as Possible

Most of these being sent to the NDD are individuals who've dared to earn cash with FXCM and were put on manual implementation as a result. Dont attempt to trade the news in their NDD platform since you'll get screwed. However, you may scalp outside news time.

I discovered NDD no usage, not only news occasions but any time really, got pissed off ( I presumed I was on manual allowing ) I stopped trading.

IF it did the promises, and FXCM weren't losing money in my profits, it'd be great, perhaps it was just new and'd issues and it'll be sorted shortly?? ( Got to Hope )

Already looking to a futures broker to trade GBP through however, $5 place in and out from Comm's 2 pip spread but has the potential to get brief at ask and shut at bid

I have orders full (magically) after been rejected and (magically) closed with 3/4 pips loss.

Occasionally, you see the order was rejected and you keeps attempting to input at the place.

A couple of minutes later your rejected order is filled and inmediately is closed with a slight loss.

You contact them and they don´know what to say.

Should you ask a report it is possible to watch some funny items:

Your order was triggered like Entry Order, not like a place order.

Your order was closed by means of a stop loss of 4/5 pips.

They begin to ask more info about what happened to create an account audit.

And off course the audit ends with FXCM isn't guilty wherever you say.

    Even if you stated:
Don´t you notice it´s strange for a trader to place the stop loss in the spread?
Don´t you notice it´s strange for a trader to place Orders, which could be full at anytime, with the stop loss in the spread?

And sometimes the place order keeps attempting to get full 30 minutes later and you don´t understand that.

And off course, the At the Market option to prevent slippages doesn't do the job. And this is actually the worts problem.

Because If you place the At the Market option to 0 (default) you´re telling them (or so the banks that their claim would be the counterparts), Hey, I would like to buy/sell ONLY at this price.

Therefore, if you can´t loe a counterpart that wants to fulfill your order at the price you requested (and without a slippage) the order must be rejected. It´s that easy.

If you do not agree with the price which you don´t should open the order. However they satisfy you with slippage.

My recommendation is to stay out of the NDD option. And if you want to keep working with FXCM use the Fixed Spread Option.

Advice: They can´t move you out of your initial request of Fixed Spreads when you opened the account.

    Should they perform:

Ask to instantly return the procedure from NDD to Fixed Spreads since you don´t ask the change and their can´t alter your account without your arrangement.

    NDD is a bait.

They understand that people initially wanting to be inside this NDD are News Traders. Knowing that, they wish to hurt you bad.
