I was spinning a yearn about my experience with this company, a non-terse variant of what I posted previously. I should have talked to that woman's manager and asked her to be terminated, but aside from that....

I still haven't seen a dime out of this business years latter. They have stolen my money.
As a result of CMSfx for selling my account to such a scum broker. I'd like to understand how these firms get away with it.

Bump for anybody considering starting an account with them.

I should have known these people went to be problems when they could not figure out how to send me my username if they took my account or the employees don't understand how to input URL files.

I've been trying to get $200 from my account for months. After multiple attempts manners, I've been charged $90 in fees, my account is now zero, and I haven't seen a dime.
What's more amusing, is I'm looking through this old article, it's the same withdrawl request. I just had not wanted it for a while, then had an emergency, wrote down exactly what exactly the withdrawls were for, never got them. I'm lucky to have a place to reside or utilities with these individuals.

All these people today make my head explode. With chats drive me up the wall when I deal, I don't get to use them.

First most of us get bought out at CMS, I never get an email. They somehow got an older email(my account had been busy and updated at CMS). I have to use their client support to find out all this. They reset my password. They send it to the email that doesn't work. This takes 3 individuals. (look for my posts in that thread)

Afterward I request a withdrawl. Somehow it gets processed but not completed on the EXACT same...

I'd an account with Gain Capital a while back, but no more. The reasons vary, to spreads from CS, but have moved on since.

    This are the man...

I had a few email conversations with him while he was at Gain, asking about his thoughts on trade setups and such. . This was very many years ago...
I was such a newb back then and really cared what people thought rather than attempting to do my own research and find out from my own mistakes.

He was a nice fellow... don't get me wrong... and for all I know it was the firm that deleted his poor trades from the site and he had nothing to do with it.

My main problem was with their currency egist at the time, a man called Todd Gordon (I don't have any idea if he's still there any more, this was back ~07.) As a newb, I enjoyed reading his articles off the forex.com's market news and analysis pages... but I immediately noticed that his bad trades would be deleted from the site and just the good winning trades would stay. They'd leave on the odd 30 pip winners to demone that he was human... however any disastrous trade would be gone from the site within a day. This made me VERY uncomfortable doing business...
Thanks for above sharing. When you mentioned Todd Gordon, he's currently under Aspen Trading.

They were my first broker so many years ago. I only traded with them for approximately a month or two...

As a newb back then I discovered that the charting and platform 'ok' but I was very excited about trying other platforms and seeing what worked best for me (live that is.)

The eSignal charts they provide isn't eSignal's eSignal platform... only quick and dirty chart implementation with forex.com's data feed into it. It is ok, and it had been better than their own platform's charting software, therefore it had its place.

My biggest problem was using their currency egist at the time, a guy called Todd Gordon (I have no idea if he's still there any longer, this was back ~07.) As a newb, I liked reading his posts off the forex.com's market news and analysis pages... but I immediately noticed that his bad transactions would be deleted by the website and only the good winning transactions would remain. They'd leave on the odd 30 pip winners to show he was human... but any disastrous trade would be gone from the website in a day. That made me VERY uncomfortable doing business.

I never had any of my own transactions messed with, although forex.com has been billed by the CFTC before for defrauding customers via market manipulation (and to be fair to them, this practice has since ceased.)

What had me them, in the end, was only liking FXCM's TSII platform a bit better... and as a newb, I liked FXCM's eduional tools a little better also... (BUT!!! This is by no way an endorsement of FXCM on my part. . They're a broker for someone to understand the fundamentals with on a little account, and they supply resources that are great. . But it's very easy to out grow them as you become more seasoned and find niche brokers that fit your needs better.)

Finally, I never had any issues pulling my money out of forex.com, they failed transactions within a day normally and I never once felt my money was at risk with them at the time.

Can you guys have some comments about their MT4 account slippage, re-quote, price execution for limit order, anyhow?

    cheers
