I really liked Scotty as an Admin but that the bridles are off...
I'm thrilled to read his articles as a Member.

    To the uninitiated:
    Listen to (Wicked Trader) SMJones...
I think he could probably teach 80% of the Posting Membership @ FF.
I can tell you at this time, I would not wish to trade against you. A opportunity would not stand.

    93412Ok, I think I totally reverse-engineered the system:

If the RSI is above 70: Economy
If the RSI is below 30: Buy

There should only be switching buy/sell/buy trades. The exceptions are:

If the RSI goes from above 70 to below 60 and back above 70, then a 2nd consecutive sell trade is placed.

If the RSI goes from below 30 to above 40 and back below 30, then a 2nd consecutive buy trade is placed.

That's it, the rest is lot sizing, takeprofits, and stoplosses.

    93412Ron,
From the United States it's Saturday night. What's a guy like you doing on the forum? You should be out womanizing. For that matter what about the rest of us.

    Ron,

Well nvwine, I am. . .to an extent. My gal-pals (not girlfriends, just friends that are girls) are in other schools: Smith, Wellesley, Duke, Princeton, etc.. I am not shuttling around each weekend, so we have all webc set up and we could joke and chat with each other as if we had been physically together. I also have 4 screens (It was a massive PITA to set up in my dorm room), therefore 1 screen for these, 1 screen for FF, along with the other two to get trading. I am really multitasking.

Tomorrow afternoon, I'll be outside cavorting with a few other girls I know here on campus to get e practice (I e ballroom and latin).

Do not you worry, the weekend is youthful =D

93412Good to hear this Ron. I'll quit worrying about you.

back into the EA. Like those shown conducting the EA to a week, Has anyone gotten results using the MT4 Tester? I get excellent results - 2006, and it begins a decline in 2007. It may be my settings.

    93412Hi Gambler

As I indied earlier I will be delighted to forward evaluation this EA. It would be useful if you would give me an notion with. For Example the TimeFrame, and SL and TP's etc.. Though you might haven't'backtested' the scenerios, it might save months if I have I thought where to 28, of testing. I can also attempt to choose the best inputs to utilize from my past experience, however, I find that with EA's there is often inputs produced by the developer that might not be intuitive to the user, so in the event that you're able to save me some time there it could be appreciated.

P.s. I have not looked at the available inputs however and they might be more intuitive then I expect.

    93412andante9,

Look at article #18 for configurations.

93412Apparently the MQ is 90 percent.... Do you have M1 information back to 2000 for EURGBP? If so, I would like a copy please....

    Thx.

PS) I composed nearly an identical RSI EA which can be optimized (shared at the MA Optimization EA (very cool) thread)... When I find time, I will test for optimum RSI configurations on this pair.

Don't we asign a EA setting that is particular ?
If everybody is operating on the very same configurations there is not any use in letting 10-15 individuals forward test this EA.
