I believe I found an answer at
    https://www.cliqforex.com/bitcoin-cr...ault-mt4s.html
where you use watch and copy to copy the output file to other platforms.
    Michael,

Unless you want to get into more complicated Windows API programming (more info http://articles.mql4.com/720 and http://codebase.mql4.com/4086), the MQL4 programming language is capable of writing data to files only to its own'local'.../experts/files folder.

So far as I know,'Copy and Watch' is capable of replicating the (changed) Output--Recent Strength.csv file to other folders. So yes, that's a solution that is good. Then you'd have a different EA running in every MT4 setup, to read this file (the test1.mq4 code may be used for this), and then producing its trading decisions based on the values from the RSvalue[] array.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Dear David,

I've an issue while attempting to use The the latest Strenght Indi,

because you can see under virtually all of my pairs possess *.stp expansion except of EURUSD and only this one pair is taken into indi calculations.

Can you please advise whether there's a chance for me to show all pairs with this expansion?

    thank you

    Jacob,

Should you post a list all the pairs supplied by your br0ker (the scroll bars on your screenshot imply that there might be more than the ones that are visible), then I will create and post a suitable parameter document for you.

    Please see below David,

    Thanks for help.
    Jacob,

Unzip the content of the attached file in your.../experts/files folder. [NOTE: it is likely that Windows might not let you unzip the file content , If you are running Win7 or Vista. If that happens, I'm sorry, but I can not assist you any further.]

Then attach the RS indy to your chart, and set ParameterFile to PK

Your chart should gradually fill up with data, causing the plots to slowly appear. On some systems, this once-only setup procedure can take up to half an hour.

    Thanks David,

Please visit my settings under, unfortunately it doesn't work.
I'm sorry, I don't know how to help. I can't even attempt to replicate the problem if you're running Win7 or Vista. All I will say is that it works fine in my pc, which will be Win XP, on br0kers GoMarkets and Pepperstone. I have also had the indy work successfully on a different br0ker (I think it had been IBFX?) Who used unconventional currency symbols, e.g. EURUSDmini rather than EURUSD. All I did was alter the parameter document to list the component currencies for EUR as EURUSDmini, EURGBPmini, etc

I could suggest is that you search the forum for one more strength indy.

Thank you for attempting I wanted to play with this broker but in this case I would go for a different one.

    Hi Hanover,

I had been wondering when the RSAlerts.mq4 document remains available since I can't find it in Post 1?

    Thank you.

    Hi Hanover,

I was wondering if the RSAlerts.mq4 document is still accessible since I cannot find it in Post 1?

    Thank you.
    Hello,

It must install automatically when you operate RSsetup.EXE

But only in case it does not, I have attached it to this post.
