thx a mil Functions like a charm
Then I should likewise be ashamed, because I explored various parameter settings, and even have a look through the program source code.... Prior to the obvious finally dawned. LOL.
For me personally it isn't possible to download the indior. The format is not fichier EX and fichier PHP'.
I believe there is an issue!
They downloaded OK for me only now. I'm using Opera v 10.0 as my web browser.
If you go into my profile and then send me an email (click on'Send Email'), I'll send you a reply with the applicable files attached.
Hey Hanover,
Thought you might find this link useful...
http://fx.sauder.ubc.ca/fxidx.html
It details how distinct currencies have their normal index calculated.
Thanks very much - I am going to take a look. Particularly relevant as I am considering how to best re-scale the plots (as mentioned in the last paragraph of your post #90).
Hi David,
Looks like a pretty impressive indie. Unfortunately it does not appear to load in my PC. When I put in it, it only indefinitely lots and hangs MT4. I've a single chart open, and a processor that should be able to deal with it with no sweat.
Thanks!
Marco
I'm sorry, I have no idea why it would hang MT4. Nobody else has reported a problem, and I have no problem here. It makes it quite difficult to troubleshoot, if I can't replicate the error myself.
Which broker are you using? I will try to download their platform, to determine whether the mistake is broker-specific.
What currency pairs does your broker provide? The indy requires that the parameter file is set up with all the present pairs, properly spelled. If you post a list here, I will create an appropriate parameter file for you to test.
Once this has been completed, it can take a couple of minutes for the indy to load each the required the information. If you define all 9 timeframes it's to collect data from every pair for every timeframe. But that shouldn't hang MT4.
What version of Windows are you running? Hopefully not Vista.
Sorry, but that is the best I could do with the advice that you have provided so far.
The indior is really good, though it seems like my eyeballs after a heavy session watching the markets! Does anybody know of the whereabouts of an indior strength /power meter which gives advice in panels for quick referance? Tks, great friendship here,
