MT4 question

Guys would love any help .

Back in MT4 whenever I attempt to return to a previous date at the chart and examine the chart that it automatically clicks back to the current date and time for eg if its now 26th feb 0700GMT and I wish to go back a couple of days about the 15min charts I return to state 31 Jan at 0700GMT by holding down the left arrow .

However once I arrive and release the left arrow button and begin assessing my chart after a couple of secs it automatically pops right back to the current date and time which is 26th feb 0700GMT.

How can I get the program to quit refreshing to the most recent bar automatically so I can examine past charts for an elongated time without having to return again and again.

You Have to turn off Auto Scroll. Click on Charts gt; Auto Scroll to flip it on/off. In addition, it is a button on the right of the zoom buttons.

Could anyone tell me if there's a way to display

1)the OHCL values of any candle I click on in the ideal hand top of chart window

two )the current bid/ask price in the ideal hand top of the chart window.

I think I have an indior that can do that, I havent used it in a while because the Data window (its the button right under the C in the word Charts on the primary menu),, will exhibit the same thing when you mouse over any candle on almost any chart.

Ill search for the indior and post it if I could find it.
