What's the logic behind a price rebounding off an SMA?
By way of example when a price bounces of a 35 day sma, I must short it if bounces of and go long if it breaks through, or vice versa.
I'm jsut curious as to the logic as to why this is how it is. Hope some of you guys know my question, lol
