What is price pub? Price bar is based on price change,and each change is identical,and its change is price change.

Suppose EURUSD price 1.19395 (minimal change 0.00001)
if you set 5 pip,current price is 1.19395
then price

following 5 pip, a new bar shaped,
another instance current price is 1.19398

there are lots of sorts of bars on the web, however,I haven't found this type of pub. Who could code it?
