ECB Chief Economist Otmar Issing declared that interest rates for the euro zone wouldn't be ruled out. By saying that he wasn't in trainings for an interest rate decrease, resulting in a growth in the euro, ECB President Jean-Claude Trichet contradicted Issing on Tuesday. The lackluster US jobs report of Friday contributed that the Federal Reserve may quit raising. Federal Reserve chief Alan Greenspan made comments. Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher made comments that speed rises may come to a conclusion.
