German business confidence fell into a low in April. The company Climate Indior released from the Ifo institute took a small dip from 94.0 to 93.3 sending the euro to $1.2965. This may imply the eurozone is currently linking the US market . But, US existing home sales amounts may have bolstered the dollar from the euro, exceeding predictions using an increased rate of 6.89 million in March.

Recent chatter the Chinese yuan will soon rise in value has caused a rise in the yen. Meanwhile, the dollar hit a low of 105.45 yen subsequent to comments from China's foreign exchange regulator reassuring reform of its currency peg with the greenback, nevertheless climbed back up to about 106 yen caused by trepid traders.
