The only broker that I know of will be tradersway. They allow usa brokers and they're established in the dominica, which I don't quite know too much about the country. However, tradersway isn't regulated, but then again nfa regulation doesn't appear to do squat anyways so it's worth giving them a glance.

ASAIK FinFX in Finland is the only one that is not shady in some kind
of weird island or no-where Broker.
