OK, I have added quite a few additional options. You'll find a signal, as before, once the percentage reaches your target. You will also get a signal once the percent is equal to or less than your target and the current candle crosses the upper or lower line. I left the box draw to the right of the current candle though it does not think about the the current candle so that the current candle is observable.

We may still need to think of a means to make the entrance lines a little more static, but on the larger timeframes they should be fine since only the candle before the current one is going to affect them.

Additionally, I haven't had an opportunity to test this very well, so let me know if you see anything strange.

This've been running and I believe it may be better to lock in the Long/Short entry lines after the target percentage has been reached. Either that or to discount the current percentage for a Long/Short entry line break once the target percent has been reached.

Play around with it and allow me to know what you think.

I must give you props man, this is a very intriguing egy.

Really Good. That is becoming even better than I had envisioned.

I agree with your first sentence. How about this: Keep the red/green price flags (on the right side of this chart) visible at all times and permit them to change with all the PA, but once the target is reached they lock into place and the traces come into perspective. At a glance, the price lines suggests a setup.

Actually, the whole system needs to lock down as soon as the target is reached. The buffer lines as well as the two boxes. From that point only the chart candles indis are allowed to move.

And then we would need a reset control feature that will allow us to immediately reset the indior any moment we liked, such as for a missed trade or trades that we chose to take a pass. A hotkey? A 'Ctrl-??' command? A chart feature, for example double clicking the small box? Is any of that possible?

Can the red/green price lines begin with the price flags and draw only until the left side of this small box?

Please include Reset System in Bars inside the parameters box. This could cause a system to reset X bars if no trades are taken. 6 bars such as: if no trades are taken At the opening of the pub past a target lockdown the system will reboot.

Inside the parameters box, create the first 3 lines read like so:
    Big Box Range In Bars
    Small Box Range In Bars
    Target Percentage Signal

    Great work all around!

    Intersting indior.

I have it on an M15 chart with a service and resistance indior.

Just wondering exactly what percentage of the 3 pubs we believe valid for a brief trade and a LONG trade?

I understand there are lines for a long and short entry however, could someone post a concise explanation of entry?

    Thanks ahead

I have it set on 25 and 4 and 45%, and a buffer of 5 pips. It trying to find a channel, which is measured in proportions not in pips or moving averages. An alarm will sound once that channel has shaped. Should the current bar cross either among those buffer (red/green) zones then the indi will lock down, letting you trade off that breakout. The boxes (25 4) and the buffer zones will stay in place until the indi is refreshed. You do this.

I have it put on 25 and 4 and 45 percent, and a buffer of 5 pips. It is constantly looking for a thin channel, which can be measured not in pips or moving averages. An alert will appear once that station has formed. Should the current bar cross among the buffer (red/green) zones then the indi will lock down, enabling you to exchange off that breakout. The boxes (25 4) and the buffer zones will remain set up before the indi is refreshed. You do so.
Thank you for the information MC

I take it this can be used on any TF like M15 and keep our eye on Higher TF for confirmation of entry?

There's no egy to speak of. It is just a different kind of indic, nothing more. But it works on every time frame.

Lucid did an absolutely amazing job with all the indior so much but can't finish due to personal function committments. Would anybody be in a position to step in and finish the job?

Attached is the New York Box indic from the 7am-9am Big Dog system. This indic has when the mods have been complete and I like to get it turned into an EA.

Anyone care to take a stab at Lucid's work? Many thanks in advance to whoever steps in (but knowledgeable developers only, please!) ...

Still calling out to some programmer who can build on Lucid's work. Anyone?
