thread: Problem with MT4

Hello together,

I utilize the MT4 platform but now I have an issue. After the platform was upgraded with new system documents I restarted the platform. From that moment my charts don´t update anymore. I attempted this on IBFX, Alpari and MIG and anywhere the same happend. What´s going wrong? Is there anyone wiht the problem? I opened new demo accounts and I heard that the sound but the charts don´t refresh.

It would be very nice if someone could help me.

IBFX is shut today see the next message .

Please note that July 4th 2007 is a bank holiday in the USA.
Our Customer Support department will be fully staffed daily.
The New Accounts, Funding, and Withdrawal departments Won't be at the office.
Considering that the US banks have been closed we'll probably be closed for trading from 15:00 GMT July 4th to 01:00 GMT July 5th.

Thank you for your response. Do you believe IBFX don´t serve the charts for demo accounts too?
