well here is new sl based on Ziggy's rule
parameter name is: _slToLowestAfterNMinutesIfPositive =5
and it describes just how many minutes to wait untill take
and to be honest this works slightly different than other's ppl implementation:
following 5 minutes if order is in positive zone, sl is transferred into most negative for a transaction price since commerce was open.

that's for usd, similarily for the rest of factors.
To be used with eur crosses whenever there are nfp incoming and there's absolutely no usd on yr currency cross
