On the EURUSD 1hr chart I place three blank touches on the line....seems to me the chance expects for the fourth touch....

But as I drill down to the EURUSD M15...I noticed the third touch wasnt clean. . .would you think about this as a touch on the 1HR??

I count it as a touch if price is (less than) 5 pips before this line.

Btw, in my feed its a perfect touch on 15m chart;
