Whats the most important activity in your trading business?

I am very interested in the nature of how trader's strategy their trading business. If you could, have a moment to think about and answer these 3 questions:

    1)
    2) Do you have any pain related to this activity and why? (ie pain in the ass, emotional/mental pain, time consuming, etc.. )
    3) What instruments are associated with your most important activity and what about them do you wish were better?

    1) What's the most important activity on your trading business?

To be always plugged in. Always stay up to date with the most recent developments: advice, news, and order flow. I spend the majority of my time doing this and I will not trade if I don't know what's going on.

    2) Have you got any pain related to this particular activity and why?

No, I Enjoy doing this. It keeps me on my toes to some unexpected changes that may influence my bias on the market. It makes me money consistently. It feels real good to be making pips day in day out. There is such abune from the markets awaiting us to come out of it everyday with wheelbarrows full of pips.

    3) What tools are related to your important activity and what about them do you really wish were better?

News sites, real time audio, analyst reports, anything that will keep me up to date.
