    Men,

Regardless of FXCM reaction when they kicked me out of Active trader as retaliation.

    He's my closing point:

    1. Active trader is actually very intersting since you've got low disperse BUT under trade station 2. ATG web platform look have some issue with CPU spikes that could get price drops. I think that must traders should move under Trade station 2 as it will withstand any CPU spike.

    2. We'd intersting infos here since FXCM said Active trader would be even avaible on MT4, would love to find that.

    3. Hope FXCM will get more transparent about different price feeds avaible. This is a chance to make some PR about this advantage traders trust.

    4. Hope FXCM will adresse proactivly any slight problem leanr some courses here.

    5. Retaliation is the most idiot move I SAW. FXCM got really low with it.

I tried to stay honest on this issue I tried to provide feedback despite final moves.

Hope that FXCM will make more informations avaible concerning the platform such as price feeds.

    Hope this helps

Finally some one who looks more in the technician details . Yep knew that but you can see we are under 600 utilize 60%. Do you feel this is the matter here?

It's possible to observe Avaible ram: 422 MB.
This is a complex matter. Basically because you've got so little RAM, Windows can use very little of it for caching disk data which means that you will have much more swapping going on (flaws ). Windows 7 with 1 GB RAM is definitely a bad idea.

It was on my next PC... Had same problem on 2GB RAM with Windows XP.
Ok then, memory might not be the issue here.

Your screenshot shows that you're running Windows 7 with 1 GB or RAM.

You are aware that this is the minimum requirement for Windows 7, right?

I used to operate Active trader Web version under Google Chrome In Appliion mode so that it will never go beyond 60MB utilize... Don't use anything else there because you can see in the screen shot only ATG Internet TS two ( TS two utilize about 50 MB). Checked again which PC ( Windows 7 starting use only 450 MB, I always disable use less material all cosmetics on my channels ).

Had even planned to perform on depth evaluation on another workstation using more ram 4GB far better connectivity ( 100 MB/S on a information center in fact it was a Quad opteron Server) but got kicked out too kindly sooner than I planned .

    Hope it will help

    Hi,
He said over the telephone that he will shut the ATG Internet account ( no more funds there), I said no why you will shut it as this movement is only to kick me out shut down comments? I agreed to article him my questions I did. I shut down a video I ready on youtube to show him first. I had a screenshot that show CPU noit spiking while trader platform had problems. In return he asked I set in 15k$ to fill minimum deposit requirement or he will shut the account. I refused of course will never EVER trader beneath that...

    Dear FXCM,

Among those points where I got large refusal from FXCM service is price feed. I asked encourage to move me to a different price feed once I noticed the price lag. Guess what they answered: '' We have only one price feed. I knew it wasn't true, not because I was bullying them, however, a friend told me there is some hidden gems in FXCM backyard.

First it would sound crazy the best merchandise that FXCM have would have over a price feed. This is the best they have, they can not have two!! One must be better than another.

Once I was moved to Trade station 2 to resolve the issue, the service told me you'll get same price feed same condition. Same for me personally mean same into the pip fraction. But what I discovered is there is a slight difference. The day Hi/lo are not the same, I did not notice it earlier but assess my very first screen shots for example

Watch EURUSD On first internet ATG RAW feed Daily HI:1.29871 Lo: 1.28911
ON Trade station two RAW feed also: Hi: 1.29870 Lo:1.28895

( it is also possible to test other screen shots I posted previously and other pairs)

It's nearly a fraction of pips but you can view it is different.

I tried my best on asia to create a video too showing both working ( here no price lag, I kept seeing it carefully checking over another station ).

Fixed over 9 minutes so you see difference.

Watch the spread is not the same between the platforms! It's obviously another price feed. And I think that the one under trade station 2 is the best, but this is not the advertised platform. TS 2 is only under request and you must be aware of that.

So that I can let traders comment that. Jason pointed already to how they don't have same liquidity supplier ATG VP said:

This is the reason why we talked about disabling the account. I do appreciate the feedback thus far, but you are not comprehending the way the machine operates. The platforms run on two completely distinct price stre, thus the pricing between them is different. The #8220;price lags#8221; referred to are the issue you experienced I continue to research. The difference in moment to moment pricing outside of #8220;price lags#8221; is a result of unique providers producing the price feed into the item.

I expect that excuse adds some clarity.
    And Jason said previously:

It's traders choice. Traders can ask the active trader set up on the Active Trader platform, FX Trading Station II or even MT4.
BUT this is not precisely the same which is the best? Why not all ATG traders are utilizing the best of the two price packs? That create non sense.

( submitting the email too so you can see I'm not lying).

    Hope it will help

I don't understand what anyone else thinks, but I am really glad FX13 has brought all this up. I am not sure I understand all of the technical factors, but appears to me FXCM got caught with their pants down, and have been in frantic damage control ever since.

FX13, I believe you have been very fair and honest with your assertions. And also my BS filter does not detect any deception or embellishment on your part. If nothing else, this whole thing serves to maintain the brokers honest (hopefully) and on their feet, so good on you, regardless of what anyone says...

Guys this is a bug made known by FXCM so you end up seeing wrong prices implemented on a different price . So if you don't detect you will loose many pips as you input TOO overdue exit . Currently you need to generate a petition for an audit to get back some pips. BUT if you don't. FXCM will be happy to bank them.
Update: FXCM will credit only if you request audit it'll observe the slippage. While FXCM can automaticly see clients are petition prices very different from real prices. FXCM created a bug that twist customers they refuse...
The digital trader plug is taking many forms and almost is utilized on many platforms not just MT4. How much more evidence do we need?

That is the reason why I counsel retail traders to procure an independent pricing feed/charting package from a company not connected with their broker. I know it cost money but you'd be surprised at what you'll discover from time to time in feed delay and inaccurate pricing from the broker.

Its an investment traders can not afford not to have. Subscribe to eSignal or my favorite ProRealTime and replace your brokers charing package with eSignal/ProRealTime. It's ok to use your brokers platform as Order Management and rely on external charting. If you can not manage external charting package, see cliqforex's Market tab and make sure you press the Live button for feed. I've been testingcliqforexMarket feed is accurate.

My solution tackles FXCM (or any broker) pricing feed delay and not slippage. Slippage is about the broker and you can not do anything about it besides use pending entry orders (Stop/Limit orders) or find a better broker.

Just, another fine find showing that YES FXCM are only a slap shop built on fast marketing.

Here we have posted evidence they slip their clients, good old Jason comes in using average dribble. . Ironically Jason now the facts show what is happening and there's no amount of slick sales spin you can dish up to shield the pricing and execution.

Incidentally I loved the reason you made about this occurring because of clients CPU.... LOL, please Jason computers have evolved somewhat since 1990! LOL what a good one!

NDD STP is now slipping clients.........(better check your CPU lol )
