    MT4 platform freezes during volatility

    Hello everybody,

I have a situation using a broker, on a live trading account, at which on four events, under large volatility, that the platform's host time is 1 minute (5 minute in max) off the actual market time. I'd positions opened during this, this happened in a circumstance at which tick charts were just stalled and stopped going, and then 30-60 seconds later, they simply update again then stall. I can reiterate that my link was completely fine, since I'd demo accounts with MT4 on other brokers, demoning no delays, no tick by tick failure at all. I also have used my iPad to link with MT4, my iPad does not use exactly the same wifi as my PC, totally various service provider and infrastructure, and there was also a lag about the prices fed onto my phone. I dropped a considerable amount of money because of these lags, and I find it rather weird how this has happened, because it is impossible. Broker explained that their host are up 99.9% during that day, that is fine I assume, their servers were really up, since I was able to authentie my login on MT4 with my PC and Phone, therefore, yes host were up, but the tick by tick data was incorrect. The confusing thing is that this broker is big and famous, and I simply don't know why this has happened, but I'm rather disheartened and am looking for all fellow trader's guie on what I should do and how should I claim against my broker of the freeze/delay, since what they are saying is just a bit irresponsible.

Hi everybody, I have a scenario using a broker, on a live trading account, where on four occasions, below high volatility, that the platform's server time is continuously 1 minute (5 minute in maximum) off the actual market time. quote Straightforward change broker. MT4 may be the issue.
Did lose money base on this issue though so I have to chase this up.

quote If this is such a big and famous broker, then you should be able to find a thread devoted to discussing it. If other clients didn't experience the information lag during precisely the same period, then it is your connection issues. Please don't begin a new thread, go to the forum to the NAME of your big and famous broker and join the discussion. When it's actually a 5-figure loss, you should be addressing it together with your broker directly. Not waste time launching two threads to discuss it.
Would you believe I have not addressed it together? I have been tossed around, would you believe stating names on the web can't inherit possible issues, when the whole issue isn't replied fully with and its still in process? Do you believe it's wrong to go over with people who have more experience concerning brokers and freezing and delaying them? Can you feel a broker state that, oh a lot of other clients experienced it too? Would a customer only randomly experience delays following some releases when it was perfectly alright previously, mmaker I don't know why you find with another thread so bothersome, but I figure if you have issues about me asking other people about it who may have a lot more experience on how and why those things occur, I am sorry I technically annoyed you, however please don't disembark my best to discuss with people when I just need a more thoughts and signs.

Change brokers is certain, but the issue is how do we demone these people aren't performing to the agreed terms in the client agreement, how we function as fellow traders to expose these occasions. No one enjoys being ripped off, and I want to get to the base of the, with the help of you guys since you guys use MT4 more, to get to to the bottom of the.
